Jacqueline Balbastro is a senior majoring in Creative Writing and minoring in Studio Art at the University of Arizona. She splits her time between writing and her art endeavors. She hopes to combine her passions so she can write and illustrate her own published works, which include a graphic novel already in the works. While she enjoys YA literature she also loves binging movies and shows, drawing and thinking up new story concepts. She aspires to one day own a bookstore where she can offer programs that assist children to write their own stories and improve on their reading skills.
